As a part of the napcp '52 images of inspiration' project I'm participating in, I have been inspired to push myself to try new things...things like shooting portraits in really REALLY low light. Turns out, my love for low light is quickly catching up to my love of beautiful bright light.
I had a very small window to get this shot because I knew I wanted to take it at sunset. By this point in the day, this room is very dark so I positioned my daughter within about 18 inches of the south facing window. It is now one of my all time favorite shots of her. <3
